I had a great experience.

Chloe the school manager was helpful and was responsive also after working hours for last minute changes.

I have taken private lessons 1 on 1 for a couple of days. A few hours every day. My instructor Julien was an extraordinary great teacher.his attitude and expertise helped me progress significantly more than my expectations.

J'ai pris des cours particuliers 1 sur 1 pendant quelques jours. Quelques heures chaque jour. Mon instructeur Julien était un excellent professeur extraordinaire.son attitude et son expertise m'ont permis de progresser bien au-delà de mes attentes.

Un accueil très sympathique, des cours collectifs en effectif réduit bien organisés, et des profs super pédagogues qui donnent le sourire à nos petits élèves et communiquent le plaisir de bien skier. Bref, les conditions optimales pour progresser et profiter du ski.

We were a group of 11, and booked for various ski levels, including a group of 3 young kids, over the 4 days we were at Val Thorens. First of all, the team went above and beyond to accommodate times and keep the same instructors for the children - Chloe is patient and dedicated to finding the optimal solution for the group. Really can’t say enough good words about her ability to accommodate a large slightly complex group of varied levels, ages and requirements. Our instructor for the 3 youngest kids was beyond amazing, not only with patience of a saint to spend 5 hours with them on the slopes each day, all of them improved significantly in a short amount of time with his guidance. They adored him, and he was sensitive to each of their needs, listening to their requests and building it into the lessons. He was also so sweet and excited to give them their badges at the end of our days, doing a mini ceremony for them. We had 6 other instructors over the days, and each one was fabulous, excited to spend time with our group and provided each level of skier amongst us fabulous tips.
On our last day we planned to spend the morning our whole group together with 3 instructors. It was the start of a snow storm, but they knew how important it was for the kids to show off their skills to us from the last days, and kept a positive attitude to keep our spirits high. We ended up going up one run, and they guided us and helped all the kids through the less than ideal conditions. They then made sure to stay on the carpet with the kids so they could show us their tricks. What we thought would be a disaster and write off of a morning became a wonderful and special experience thanks to the team!
We already know that on our next visit we will be using Ski Cool again, and are so looking forward to it! Thank you for such a fabulous and dedicated team to make sure our group improved and had fun!

Attended beginner's lessons on my fist snowboard vacation, and was not disappointed at all. Our guide was amazing and super helpful. Unfortunately because of an injury we had to rest for a day and miss out one lesson, still the school contacted us and had us caught up with personal lesson done in the afternoon. So grateful for the school and the amazingly caring teachers!

Had a time learning how to snowboard with ski cool. The instructor Adrian was brilliant, fun to learn with, really encouraging, and just a really great great teacher all round.
Really recommend ski cool, very positive experience

My 12 years son took private lesson of two hours on the 7.3.23. After the lesson my son informed me that the ski instructor was talking and playing with his cel phone during half of lesson and that he did not pay attension to him. My complaint was found right even by the ski school itself. The Ski cool wrote me that thery are very sorry for the instructor behavior and that they are offering me a 10% discount for a new private lesson. What a behavior of of the ski instructor and what a lack of awareness of customer service.

Nos enfants ont passé un super séjour à Val Thorens, en grande partie grâce à ski cool et plus particulièrement Flo qui est juste sensationnel avec les enfants!

Chaque année je prends 1 cours particulier avec ski cool. Cette année j’ai eu cours avec Laurence. Je la remercie chaleureusement pour sa bienveillance, son professionnalisme et sa grande expérience. J’ai de moins en moins peur et je prends de plus en plus plaisir sur des skis, merci beaucoup et à l’année prochaine ski cool!

Fatbike avec Manu Legall était une découverte l’an dernier et nous avons remis cela cette année avec plus de sensations fortes
De plus un grand merci de nous avoir motivé Maleck et moi pour prendre des cours de ski

I was on the complete beginners snowboard group. During the week they split the group into 3 levels, each with its own instructor. This was very important because people have different pace of progress.
Adrian was my instructor most of the time, and he was simply fantastic: patient, calm, funny, helpful and considerate.
By the end of the week we could ride any blue piste in the resort quite confidently.

J'ai passé un moment à apprendre à faire du snowboard avec ski cool. L'instructeur Adrian était génial, amusant à apprendre, vraiment encourageant et tout simplement un très bon professeur à tous points de vue.

Coaches are nice and energetic. They are fun as well. I went off piste with two different coaches and they brought me to great places. Prefer Ski cool to ESF.

Booked ski instructors with SkiCool for 4 days in late Nov. Chloe at admin dept was friendly and efficient making the booking hussle free. Charlotte and Jerome our 2 ski instructors were patient, encouraging and great with their tips and instructions. Our abilities improved thanks to their coaching. Many thanks for the great ski experience!

Nos deux garçons (5 et 7 ans) ont passé une superbe semaine de cours: ils ont adoré skicool! Leur monitrice, Marion, a été géniale, attentionnée avec les enfants et très pro. Un immense merci à elle!

Les prix sont très raisonnables et le nombre d'enfants par groupe vraiment top encore plus au regard de la concurrence. Nous reviendrons à ski-cool les yeux fermés. Bravo et nous espérons à l'année prochaine!
