Séjour d'une semaine en famille, chambre très confortable, restaurant excellent avec du personnel qualifié, espace piscine /spa parfait.
Mention spéciale au bar avec Taïb, Louise et Neetesh, des professionnels du cocktail, une expérience très agréable qui nous fera revenir l'année prochaine sans aucun doute

C'est cher mais c'est un super endroit où séjourner, les chambres sont super et skis aux pieds.

Super hôtel avec tout le nécessaire! Nous avons pu entrer dans la salle à 11h, au lieu de 5h! Super sympa après le long voyage en bus!

This place was a total garbage experience.
First I want to start with the service.service was OK, front desk feels like a third party no one can really help beside give you room key.
The rooms are 100% trash! Smells like soaking socks, the beds bathroom and shower was a nightmare, cold water cheap mattress and no heating.
The restaurants downstairs was the WORST! It’s so bad that the hotel says it’s not part of the hotel but they do offer breaksfast and diner as part of their deal (the restaurant is in the downstairs and they clearly say it’s operated by them)
But front desk does not know what restaurant you speak about lol.
And for dessert they stole 166 euro of our credit card. When I asked why they sent a picture of 3 empty bottles on the table and a close trash bag in the kitchen saying we damaged the room and blah blah. Ive Ben trying to speak some sense with them but no luck, had to call my bank to cancel that charge.
Do your self a favor, if your not a dog stay away from that place.

This place is a joke! Rooms are super small and smells like my socks after 3 weeks without changing them. I had to move to a different hotel because they lied on the internet, be carful! They have two hotel under the same name! When you get there they offer you to upgrade to to sleep like a animal. I was lucky to find a different hotel with available room. It was a lot cheaper and significantly better! Enjoy your vacation people don’t fall into scams!

BE WARY! Having booked through Crystal Ski my son and his 3 friends stayed at the hotel at the beginning of January 2023. The Hotel was lovely but unfortunately they do not return deposits as promised. Still awaiting £250 from a £500 deposit paid on arrival, even though they say they have returned deposits to all 4. Let's hope this is an isolated case and having sent several emails to the hotel and asked the banks to intervene the situation will be resolved soon!

Incroyablement bon hôtel d'appartements. Propre et frais à l'arrivée. Cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle. Vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine en quantité suffisante. Généreux avec les installations - liquide vaisselle, serviettes, tablettes pour lave-vaisselle, etc. Lits confortables. Parfait avec une serrure à code pour le local à skis qui se trouve via skii-in. Sèche-chaussures gros plus. Beaux grands balcons avec soleil l'après-midi. Très bien situé et proche de tout! Personnel super gentil et serviable. Je peux vraiment le recommander à tout le monde, aux familles avec enfants et aux groupes d'adultes.

Les chambres sont assez bien sauf les toilettes et la salle de bain qui sont un peu petites et ont un mur en diagonale ce qui est étrange.

L'emplacement est super. Assez proche de quelques commerces, proche des pistes, assez calme.

La taille de la chambre était super mais la disposition bizarre avec une pièce n'a pas de fenêtre. Les lumières du couloir ne fonctionnent pas toutes. Le lave-vaisselle n'était pas correctement fixé. L'un des ascenseurs était en panne pendant toute la semaine. Le personnel nous a donné des informations erronées sur le pass car vous pouvez commander un pass à l'hôtel la veille et non le jour même.

Pire expérience de ma vie! Cet endroit est un arnaqueur total. Ils ont deux emplacements, l'un est médiocre et l'autre plus agréable, ils en font la publicité sous le plus beau et dès que vous arrivez à l'hôtel, vous réalisez que vous avez été victime d'une arnaque. Ils vous proposeront de changer pour le meilleur pour 1000 euros de plus.

Cet endroit est une blague! Les chambres sont très petites et sentent mes chaussettes après 3 semaines sans les changer. J'ai dû déménager dans un autre hôtel car ils ont menti sur Internet, soyez prudent! Ils ont deux hôtels sous le même nom! Une fois sur place, ils vous proposent de dormir comme un animal. J'ai eu la chance de trouver un autre hôtel avec une chambre disponible. C'était beaucoup moins cher et nettement meilleur! Profitez de vos vacances, ne tombez pas dans les arnaques!

We returned from an amazing vacation in Val Thorens and the only mistake we made was to sleep and eat in this hotel.

The breakfast was horrible and at dinner one of the friends got an upset stomach. (Jasper - that is located inside the motel)

There are many resorts in Val Thorens, avoid this one.

We stayed in the Valbel building. Great atmosphere. Clean apartment with plenty of space for family of 4. Ski in ski out slopeside location with great locker room. Beautiful views from the deck.

Four of us in the room was a little tight. Not really any room to put clothes. But room was tidy and clean and the staff were efficient and friendly.

4 stars for the location on the slopes. The accommodation/building (montana premier) is just a bit too old, worn out, small, narrow, smelly and superficially renovated.
