Maitre Boiche and Maitre Gaston have handled a complex international child abduction case for me, and they helped me reunite with my son. Their specialty and dedication is what makes this wonderful moment happen! I am amazed by their professionalism throughout the process, their tireless commitment the day/night before the hearing and their tremendous effort of negotiating my visitation with the opposing counsel. Si Maître Alexandre Boiché n'avait pas eu la sagesse et la bonté d'entendre ma détresse alors qu'il était Doctorant en droit international et n'avait pas eu la grandeur d'âme de m'inciter à le rejoindre dans un cabinet d'Avocat parisien, ma vie et celle de mon enfant serait toute différente.

Et dire que j'ai recommandé cet avocat NUL à un ami qui, Dieu merci, en a pris un autre bien meilleur et surtout plus rapide!

So many other people have said the same thing! Alexandre Boiche is a cheat. He pretends to want to help but takes your money and takes the side of the other party. He helps the other party to ensure they win. He is a scammer. He is not a competent or capable lawyer at all. He is in it for the money and uses the money to further his career whilst cheating people and perverting justice.

Je recommande ce cabinet d' avocats qui ont été d'une grande aide.
Mr Boiché et Mr Gaston sont des avocats très compétents dans leur domaine qui se sont occupé d'un cas international assez compliqué. Ce sont des avocats très professionnels et toujours disponibles quand je n'ai eu besoin.
Un rapport avocat-client très humain et sensible envers le cas.

Professionnel, empathique, compétent et réactif. J'y retournerais 100 fois si j'avais besoin de leur assistance juridique dans l'avenir. Je recommande fortement ce cabinet car j'ai eu une excellente expérience tant avec maitre BIOCHE que maitre GOSSART.

After I handed over the provision (a few thousand euros), Mr Boiche stopped responding to email. I had to engage another lawyer to get the money back. Scandalous behaviour. Do not waste your time with this little “gentleman”.
