Rented a car from AVIS, the contract said to pick up the car from CDG Airport in Paris at Terminal 1 on April 18,2022. Once we showed up there there was no active AVIS office there and he whole terminal was closed since COVID, there was no airplane, no employee, nobody! After wasting a few taxi fares and numerous phone calls we found out that we had to pick up the car from Terminal 2. Once I enquired from AVIS employee why they gave me the address of a closed Terminal, he responded since the closure due to COVID they forgot to update the address in their system and he requested the address to be updated, but wasn't done! Now I that I am back I got charged with an extra $527 for not picking up the car from the original location which was Terminal 1 which was closed! I have disputed the charges but have not heard back from them yet. Would not recommend AVIS, save yourself the hassle. They do not seem to be organized.

I am a Avis preferred plus member, I rented a car at CDG and returned it at the same location.they told me everything is fine, car is in perfect condition and asked me to sign at a very last page of a document on a very small hand held device and off me go to Catch a flight.when I got back home I got a invoice for over thousands saying there was damage on the car.very not honest people to deal with, very disappointed and stay away from them!

Une bande d ARNAQUEURS sans scrupules qui débitent les cartes bancaire sans justificatifs et ne répondent jamais aux mails et au telephone

Visite guidée de Montréal sur le saint Laurent agréable possibilité de petite restauration les prix sont chers mais le bateau est propre spacieux on passe un bon moment
