Very very poor experience, after one month from when I submitted my refund in the airport I still couldn’t see the money on my account, when checking the status it marked as “stopped” with no reason, no matter how hard I tried to contact them they just didn’t answer! Couldn’t be more disappointed!

What a Joke. After a great vacation traveling back to the US, I felt robbed of 70 Euros at the airport on the way out. There are no clear instructions about the procedure to get your tax refund. I was provided a form with a bar code. At the airport I was told that the tax refund station was after security and customs. When i finally got through, the person at Global Blue told me I had to have the form scanned before checking luggage at the ticket counter. There was no easy way to go back to do that after clearing customs.

Un service nul après avoir eu un avis de virement rien sur notre compte le téléphone ne réponds pas et les mails restent sans réponse je vous invite à aller chez les commerçants qui ont global blue car c est leurs choix afin de faire part de votre expérience et les inviter à changer de partenaires à fuir absolument

Un numéro qui ne répond jamais! J'en suis à plus de 40 minutes d'attente
Un service client par mail incompétent au possible
des délais d'attente pour les remboursement INADMISSIBLES

Thanks so much Global Blue France. After buying an iPhone I went to the office to enquire about the process as I would be staying in EU for another couple of months and would be leaving back to Australia via Croatia. Staff stated that there was a global blue office in Dubrovnik and not to worry. Well there is not and shame on me for not double checking. Now I cannot obtain my refund.

Le global blue est un arnaqueur j ai reçu en espèce apres detaxe une somme de 101 dollars que je n ai pu detaxe a la douane donc il m a retirée une somme de 213 euros sur ma carte banquaire
