Saleswomen missed out on a sale. I think they thought I wasn’t going to buy anything so they practically ignored me. Super disappointing. They were so attentive to the other white customers. One of the saleswomen was a sister too.get it together ladies.

We ordered something in their online shop.
This order was cancelled one day after - the item was out of stock.
So far so good - this can happen.
BUT - they do not give me my money back! Telling me PayPal did not receive the money from my bank account (PayPal was puzzled when I asked them about this).
Still waiting for my money - I have never seen such incompetent e-commerce operators. With that litte knowledge of payment systems.
One the phone with them we just heard things like: oh yeah we will take care of this but the person in charge is on a fashion show… fashion shows seem more important than customers.
Do not buy stuff there… such an unserious crowd.

Rien à redire sur la boutique ou sur les vendeurs. Par contre petit coup de gueule concernant la marque Manoush: acheter un pantalon à 250 euros et se rendre compte ensuite qu’il est fabriqué en Chine… j’aurais dû vérifier…selon moi c’était évident que ça ne pouvait être le cas à ce prix là…. Désormais j’achèterais des marques qui sont au même prix MAIS dont les vêtements sont fabriqués en Europe (dressing responsable, maison standards, etc.)

La responsable et super commerçante, très agréable et sait conseiller sans pousser à l'achat de quelque chose qui ne nous conviendrait pas.
Il me tarde l'arrivée de la prochaine collection pour y retourner avec plaisir, en ayant confiance en son jugement et ses conseils.

Ma visite était agréable, j'ai acheté une jupe que Manoush doit envoyer à la retoucherie. Maintenant avec le nouveau confinement je devrais attendre un peu avant de récupérer le vêtement.
Concernant l'avis précédent je trouve ça étrange qu'on propose à la cliente de mettre le vêtement de côté alors que c'est une boutique outlet et encore plus étrange s'il faut faire des retouches alors que l'article n'a pas été acheté par ladite cliente.

My experience at the Manoush store rue du Jour was horrible. I found a dress for my daughter's wedding in January, and I was supposed to go back for alterations. Everytime I called to see whether I could come I was told that the manager was sick, or other reasons why I should call back again. Which I did. Then came the confinement, the postponement of the wedding to early September. And, believe it or not, when I called again after the confinemnt, my dress, which bore my name and was put behind the counter in a room, was GONE. I asked for the clerk to look for it. She never called back. When I called, each time I spokje to a different person which knew nothing about the matter, finally I was told it had been sent back to wherever, and had been sold! I asked for the saellady to see if she copuld find another opne. She never called back. When I called again, i was dismissed with unbevievable rudeness. Now the wedding is coming up, and I was relying on Manoush, ethe store rue du jour, and the dress. UNRELIABLE! HORRIBLE DISCOURTEOUS SERVICE!
