Very bad customer experience - after spending a very big amount of money, we tried to do the tax refund form (because we live in a non EU country) and the lady told us the tax refund does not work for the UK. She was wrong and thus I spent TWO hours (for a process that normally takes 2 minutes) on another Demoiselles store trying to get the tax refund code.
In addition to that, we ordered some other things in different sizes. The lady told us to come back on Monday so we did but the store was closed (we found out that this store is closed EVERY Monday). We were travelling that day so we could not pick up our orders. There is another store very close to that one with staff super helpful and nice - the store is on Saint-Sulpice road. The lady there was able (after two hours) to get me the tax refund code.
