Steamer de qualité, je m’en suis offert un pour mon usage perso après avoir été conquise par celui de mon travail. SAV ultra efficace et d’une grande gentillesse!

After 2 years (right after warranty period) the SteamOne broke down. I openend it from below and the whole inside was rusted and chalked up (also see the pictures). For a device with this particular pricetag breaking down in such a short period, I can definitely consider this as a bad bargain. Don't buy, waste of money.
